Lantana's Pasta Station takes the guess work out of it. With a variety of penne, bow tie, and tri colored tortellini, your guests can have any combination of pasta with the following sauces: marinara, Alfredo, pesto, or garlic with seasonings.
An on-site uniformed chef will prepare the garlic and seasoning sauce right before your guests. This aromatic cooking demonstration will please the eye as well as the taste buds.
Our station also includes warm garlic bread, fresh grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper from the mill.
Shrimp scampi
Shrimp Scampi sautéed in the room by the Chef and served up the traditional way with shrimp, garlic, butter, and a little white wine and lemon juice served on a bed of linguini.

The Carving Station is served with assorted rolls and appropriate
condiments and has your choice of one from the following list.
Pork Loin
Roasted center cut pork loin, served with a warm apple compote, rosemary pork au jus, and sweet hoisin ginger glaze.
Roast Turkey
Roasted turkey breast basted with a sage butter served with cranberry mayonnaise and our Chef's seasonal chutney.
Roast Steamship Round of Beef
Steamship round of beef served with an au jus, horseradish cream, and caramelized onions. (Parties under 100 guests substitute Top Round for Steamship.)
