garnished with tomato wedges and
sliced seasonal fruit on a bed of fresh

Turkey Roll-Up Sandwich Plate
Thinly sliced roast turkey, sprouts, tomato, lettuce and honey mustard served with pasta salad and pickle spears.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Marinated grilled chicken strips atop a
mound of romaine lettuce, topped with
croutons, grated cheese and Lantana’s
classic Caesar dressing.

Lo Mein Chicken Salad Luncheon
Julienne strips of chicken, carrots, onions, green and red peppers, mixed with lo mein noodles and tossed in a soy
sauce and sesame seed oil dressing. Served crisp and cold.
Grilled Chicken on a Mesclun Mix
Marinated grilled chicken strips served
on a bed of mescaline mix salad topped
with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Chef’s Salad Luncheon
Julienne of ham, turkey and cheese,
garnished with sections of hard boiled
egg, tomato wedges and red onions.
Choice of creamy Italian or raspberry
vinaigrette dressing.
