Roast Turkey
Traditional roast turkey served with mashed potatoes and gravy

Chicken Parmesan
Lightly breaded chicken topped with mozzarella cheese, served with ziti and marinara sauce

Chicken Marsala
Pan seared chicken in a hardy mushroom and marsala wine sauce, served with mashed potatoes

Roast Top Sirloin
Traditional style roast beef served with brown gravy and mashed potatoes

All entrees include chef's choice vegetable

A $75 soda attendnt fee will be added, scheduled one per 100 guests. Private photography room is available for class photos. Police detail is required for all Proms. A 20% House Charge and a 5% MA Sales Tax will be added.
